Facilitation of ease of work for employees and improvement of their motivation

  • The coveralls for the Manufacturing Department have been partially remodeled since 2018, and the work clothes for the indirect departments have been remodeled since October 2021.
  • “No Overtime Day” has been introduced every Wednesday since October 2020. We are actively working to improve work efficiency and achieve goals through the united partnership spirit of all employees.
    We have introduced No Overtime Day to create a workplace with greater work-life balance and to promote employees’ health.
